Effective September 2, 2026. This notice covers the public master site served through zcsappliedintelligence.com and the .ai domain that resolves to the same site. It does not replace a contract, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or service-specific notice.
No behavioral tracking in this release
This controlled release does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, account registration, a customer database, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies. The project-briefing form runs locally in your browser and opens your email application; the website itself does not transmit or store the fields.
Information you choose to send
Email links and the project-briefing helper use your email application. Information you send is handled through the applicable email services and may be used to evaluate or respond to your request, maintain business records, protect ZCS and its users, and meet legal obligations.
Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery codes, regulated data, employer-confidential material, medical records, financial account data, or child personal information through an initial website inquiry.
Technical records
The hosting provider may process routine server records such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, transfer volume, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Those records are controlled by the hosting environment and its applicable terms.
External services and email
Following an email or external-domain link may involve services operated by other providers. Their privacy and security practices apply to their systems. ZCS does not control a third-party service merely because this website links to it.
Security and retention
ZCS uses administrative and technical controls appropriate to a small, human-led business, including access control, versioned release records, hashes, and controlled backups. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Business correspondence and related records are retained only as needed for operational, legal, accounting, security, and continuity purposes.
Requests
ZCS may need to verify the requester before disclosing, correcting, or deleting records, and some records may need to be retained.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may view and share links to this public site for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the site, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate ZCS, misrepresent the company’s work, or copy protected branding, imagery, software, or original content in a way that suggests authorization or ownership.
Changes to this notice
Material website changes are version-controlled. When this notice changes, the effective date will be updated with the corresponding release.
